“Exclusive: Here’s The Best Look Yet At The New Toyota Supra” proclaims the headline on the FP. OK, I’ll bite.
1. Just a render based on the spy shots, admiting they have no idea how the car will really look like
2. No clue what engine it will use
3. No clue what name it will use
4. No clue on the price
5. No clue on when
Well, I have an exclusive on many new cars then....

Looks like a kit car. Some people who create renders don’t have much for creativity.

I haven’t even looked at the FP today, but as excited as I am about the new Supra, I now know I can skip that article, so thanks!
Drives me nuts- you see the headline and say “oooh” and then the article is more like “ugh” - y u not teach me anything new?

To be entirely fair, they claimed to have gotten some details from inside to apply to the render, so #1 isn’t entirely true.

The render is the worst part. The more sites pick up a render like that as “news”, the more people you get reposting it and claiming it’s legit.
It literally has nothing to do with how the Supra will look. It’s the best guess of a guy who doesn’t work for Toyota.
Thanks for the heads up, I won’t be clicking that article.
